Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude spintime's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
spintime reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any bonuses subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and anti-money laundering checks.
You may close your spintime account at any time by contacting spintime support. Closure of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of closure.
